Key Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance on Tesla vehicles in a remote setting, utilizing Tesla-specific software and advanced tools. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before return and pre-delivery to ensure the highest quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and improve the service experience for our customers. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of electric vehicles and Tesla's technology. Utilize company-provided vehicles for daily activities and repairs, and have the opportunity to use the latest models of our fleet. Essential Qualifications Proficient experience performing vehicle maintenance and repairs in the automotive, aerospace, marine, or a related industry. Relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in the United States. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and write English clearly and concisely. A valid driver's license (Class B for vehicles) and a clean driving record. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings, and potentially in a Service Center if required. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with electric vehicles or hybrid technology. Knowledge of Tesla's specific software and tools. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and support. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication.
