Your primary responsibilities will include: * Maintaining the database by entering new and updated customer and account information in a timely and accurate manner * Preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information * Establishing entry priorities and processing customer and account source documents * Reviewing data for deficiencies and resolving them using standard procedures * Entering customer and account data by inputting information on keyboard or optical scanner * Verifying entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data * Combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete * Purging files to eliminate duplication of data * Testing customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data * Securing information by completing database backups **Essential Qualifications** To excel in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Data entry experience or related office experience preferred * Basic computer courses may be preferred by some employers * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational skills * Proficient in data entry and database management * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with computer systems and software applications **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Previous experience in a data entry or related office role * Familiarity with arenaflex's software applications and systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational skills * Proficient in data entry and database management * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with computer systems and software applications * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
