About the Role In this exciting opportunity, you will be working as a Partner Record Goal Agent, supporting the Auto Division within Buyer Loaning. Your primary responsibility will be to offer exceptional support to our clients while making a positive impact on their lives. As a section-level Record Goal Expert, you will utilize your knowledge of organization products, services, policies, and Record Goal systems to drive success in this role. Key Responsibilities Support the Record Goal practical area by applying knowledge of organization products, services, policies, and Record Goal systems Communicate with delinquent clients, gathering and organizing terms of reimbursement on outstanding account balances Perform routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls using an auto dialer or direct dial system to determine the reason for delinquency Seek guidance from supervisors and escalate complex issues to Record Goal personnel Collaborate with the quick Record Goal team on essential Record Goal-related data, as well as internal and external clients Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree and have at least 3+ years of experience in Record Goal, client contact, customer support, or sales environment, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
