Legal Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to design and implement strategic solutions and improvements across our clients' legal departments. Responsibilities : Manage client's legal operations processes and perform new process mapping. Build out new processes and design roadmaps for implementation. Create and maintain resource materials on operational processes. Plan and implement improvements to contracting systems, including developing and uploading templates. Assist with project coordination and process management. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a legal operations professional optimizing in-house legal workflow with contract, performance, vendor, and financial management work. Familiarity with legal department KPIs. Experience managing budget & spend management. Comfortable with software implementation and experience implementing new systems and incorporating existing workstreams. Robust experience with legal operations technology and related software.
