Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Examination Director to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability and surfacing data-driven opportunities for the Chief Initiative group. Your focus will be on optimizing our paid media spend worldwide, working closely with marketing teams to identify areas for improvement and developing reports and analyses to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities Support the development of our paid media examination capability to surface data-driven opportunities for the Chief Initiative group Work with marketing teams to identify ways to improve the efficiencies of our paid media spend and develop reports and analyses to drive business decisions Create and communicate custom reporting and analyses to inform our paid media strategy and drive business growth Develop KPIs and scorecards to track progress and execution, driving an emphasis on results and performance Play a key role in supporting strategic decision making by analyzing data and providing insights that inform business strategies About You To be successful in this role, you are an autonomous, analytical self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with ambiguity. You are comfortable analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and communicating insights to stakeholders.
