As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting and repairing soft drink fountain equipment, and maintaining our refrigeration systems. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to company standards. Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs. Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and professional in all interactions. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
