Key Responsibilities: Show Dependability: Participate and commit to being available for your full shift every day, ensuring we're prepared and accessible to help our business clients when they need us most. Handle a High Volume of Reaches: Manage an expected 50-60 calls per shift, working in a fast-paced and highly organized environment with minimal downtime. Meet Our Superior Exhibition Bar: Strive to exceed customer satisfaction and succeed in meeting customer care efficiency metrics, and other obligations as assigned. Engage Clients: Build relationships with business clients who reach out to us, addressing concerns and providing solutions on topics such as returns, substitutions, delivery, product availability, and order status. Listen Effectively and Show Compassion: Actively listen to understand important client information and find the best way to resolve their concerns quickly and completely. De-Escalate Client Concerns: Utilize your problem-solving skills to balance client needs with business options while maintaining a calm demeanor. Issue Solving: Think critically to resolve client issues in a first-contact resolution approach, without relying on pre-populated scripts. Perform Various Tasks: Juggle multiple programs, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly answer questions, demonstrating proficiency with technology. Raises Fundamental Issues: Identify areas for improvement and share trends with leadership to help us continuously improve. Requirements and Qualifications: Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Previous customer support experience preferred, but not required. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows operating systems or equivalent; ability to configure your PC to a modem with minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps (download) and 5Mbps (upload). Work Environment: A private and dedicated workspace free from distractions and noise. Training: 100% mandatory training; inability to accommodate misses, days off, or lateness during the initial multi-week period. Candidate Assessment: Qualified candidates will be required to pass a candidate assessment to proceed with the screening.
