Key Responsibilities Respond to Incoming Requests: Triage and respond to customer inquiries according to our Service Level Agreements, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Escalate Incidents: Identify and escalate complex incidents to our Operations team, ensuring seamless communication and swift resolution. Create Support Resources: Develop high-quality tutorials, articles, and user manuals for our help center, empowering customers to get the most out of our solutions. Be the Customer Advocate: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support, and championing their needs across all products. Investigate and Test: Investigate and replicate bugs, test new features, and provide valuable feedback to our product team. Collect Feedback: Gather customer feedback and channel it back to our product team, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Availability: Available to work evenings and weekends, with a flexible schedule to accommodate varying demands.
