You'll be responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries, updating job knowledge, processing payments, and influencing customers to recognize the value of our services. Your primary focus will be on providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and resolve customer inquiries by using available resources to research required information * Update job knowledge by studying changes as released by the field and participate in educational opportunities * Accurately process payments and answer billing inquiries * Influence customers to recognize the value in remaining or becoming an arenaflex customer and offer solutions that meet their current needs * Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers * Handle customer information responsibly and ensure customers' privacy as per FCC regulations **We Offer** * Variety of Schedules (Schedule may include nights and/or weekends).
