Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely within our footprint, enjoying a flexible schedule from 1 PM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving inbound customer requests related to our bank products and services, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and serving as a liaison between customers and other departments. Key Responsibilities Respond to and resolve inbound customer requests related to bank products and services in a timely and professional manner Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring a high level of service and promoting customer loyalty Assess and prioritize customer inquiries based on urgency, using sound judgment and effective problem-solving skills Serve as a liaison between customers and other bank departments, facilitating seamless communication and resolving issues efficiently Perform general clerical duties and assist with various departmental tasks, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to support the team Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our requirements.
