Our full-service contact center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, specializes in inbound and outbound support for the home improvement industry, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience. **The Role** As a Part-time Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the lifespan of their projects. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer requests, and maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor at all times.
