Job Overview This part-time customer service associate position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an essential part of our team. You will work 18.75 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 1 pm to 5 pm. As a primary point of contact for our customers, you will provide professional and courteous support, responding to and resolving customer inquiries within established department service levels. Key Responsibilities Respond to and resolve inbound customer requests related to bank products and services via phone, chat, and email Provide customer service that differentiates us from our competitors and builds lasting customer relationships Accept ownership of customer requests and follow them through to resolution, identifying customer concerns or needs and recommending the best solutions Partner with other departments to reach mutually satisfactory resolutions of customer issues and identify processes or procedures that can be improved to enhance future customer experiences Maintain knowledge of deposit, loan, and digital banking services, as well as other banking products, and consistently meet or exceed agent metric standards Perform general clerical duties, operate departmental equipment, and handle detail work as needed Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED Minimum of one year of banking or financial services experience in a customer service role (preferred) Previous contact center experience (preferred) Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and operating systems Knowledge of banking regulations and laws Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a level of service that differentiates us from our competitors Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and retain customer relationships Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify customer concerns or needs and recommend the best solutions Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
