Job Overview In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our tax clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately. As a key member of our team, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, perform data entry tasks, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service. With no previous tax experience required, we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and text, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in our system, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Notate each interaction with clients, add files to client portals, and prepare forms as required, ensuring seamless communication and record-keeping. Help resolve client issues in a timely manner with patience and professionalism, demonstrating a solution-oriented approach and excellent problem-solving skills. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure top-notch customer service, fostering a positive and supportive team environment. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Suite (particularly Outlook), Adobe, and other PDF-related software. You will also need to demonstrate: Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues. Solution-oriented approach, with the ability to problem-solve effectively and think critically. Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize important tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas and suggestions. While tax experience is preferred, it is not required, as we will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge. Selected candidates will need to pass a Computer Proficient Test to demonstrate their technical abilities. Training and Development We are committed to the growth and development of our team members, and we offer a comprehensive training program to ensure your success in this role. Our paid training program includes: 1 week of training, with 4 hours of training per day, Monday through Friday, at a rate of $15 per hour. Pay increase to $17 per hour after completing the training program. Schedule and Work Environment This part-time position offers flexible hours, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 35 hours.
