Job Overview We are seeking an outcome-oriented, engaged, and imaginative individual with highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills to join our Worldwide Inbound Center team as a Global Inbound Center Representative. As a part-time chat support representative, you will play a critical role in delivering the highest level of customer focus by connecting clients with trained representatives quickly and improving the live chat experience. Your goal will be to empower global clients to rapidly connect with a blithequark agent and get their queries resolved regardless of location. Key Responsibilities Provide timely responses to global clients' queries through inbound chats, scheduled callbacks, and calls while delivering a positive customer experience by resolving queries in an effective and efficient manner. Identify clients' pain points and capture their need for cloud services through chat qualification and convert to marketing qualified leads (MQLs) with proper handover notes for our global sales partners. Follow up with unconverted MQLs to increase sales-qualified lead conversion, resulting in a vertical trend of pipeline engagement. Build a stronger blithequark leads database by researching, updating, and maintaining customer information within Salesforce and blithequark Interface. Educate and nurture clients/prospects that are in the beginning of the cloud journey and move them from warm or little interest to active interest. This includes personalized messaging about blithequark services and unique differentiators. Address the voice of the customer and recommend next steps to improve the customer experience to the GIC/item team and other relevant internal stakeholders. Demonstrate excellent chat support behavior and navigate the nuances of global communication/culture. Be part of a global cross-functional team driving operational excellence and better customer experience. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field. 2+ years of work experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement roles *OR* relevant education background. Preferred Qualifications AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification/AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate. A technical background in Engineering, Computer Science, or MIS. In-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and emerging technologies related to cloud computing: understand and identify opportunities for clients. Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly. Ability to handle ambiguity. Work experience in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization - cutting-edge products/services preferred. Can listen to clients, see needs, and ask clarifying/exploring questions.
