Job Overview As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers during overnight hours. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and provide empathetic support to customers with complex needs Work independently in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, meeting productivity and quality standards Utilize computer skills to navigate multiple applications and systems, including Windows and Microsoft Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Essential Qualifications At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a preference for experience in a high-volume, metric-driven environment 6 months of experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Strong computer skills and ability to work in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 6 months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
