As a Network Relations Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with our network providers and partners. Your strong communication and negotiation skills, along with your knowledge of the healthcare industry, will be essential in ensuring our network remains strong and effective. Develop and maintain relationships with network providers and partners in California. Ensure the strength and effectiveness of our network by negotiating contracts and resolving any issues or disputes. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for network growth and expansion. Monitor and analyze network performance data to identify areas for improvement. Communicate network updates and changes to providers and partners in a timely and effective manner. Serve as the main point of contact for network-related inquiries and concerns. Stay current with industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to inform network strategies. Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess network providers' compliance with contractual agreements. Facilitate trainings and workshops for network providers to ensure understanding of policies and procedures. Work closely with other departments, such as claims and customer service, to resolve any network-related issues for members. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the network and attract new providers and partners. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of network contracts, agreements, and relationships. Represent Aetna at industry events and conferences to build and strengthen relationships with network providers and partners. Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting Aetna's mission and values in all interactions with providers and partners.
