Job Overview As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients during overnight hours, including weekends and holidays. Your primary focus will be on handling lost/stolen customer service inquiries, filing disputes, and providing empathetic support to customers who have experienced potential bank account fraud. You will work remotely from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology and equipment to deliver outstanding results.
