**Job Summary:**

arenaflex is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Overnight Customer Care Center Agent to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. As a key member of our customer care center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. **Job Responsibilities:**

As an Overnight Customer Care Center Agent with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Responding to calls for assistance onsite or via remote access to resolve customer issues and concerns
* Monitoring SkiData for warnings and initiating corrective actions to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
* Monitoring Paystation Banknote containers and cashing out as needed to maintain accurate financial records
* Preparing daily and weekly reports as directed to provide insights into facility operations and customer satisfaction
* Serving as a communications hub for snow patrol, emergency action plans, and other critical situations
* Maintaining activity logs and entering comments for actions taken in Dynacount event logs to ensure accurate record-keeping
* Repairing equipment as needed or contacting vendors to resolve technical issues
* Notifying Facility Managers of any situations that cannot be resolved by the Attendant, including CC server problems, inability to connect to a facility, and other critical issues
* Performing other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and exceptional customer service

**Minimum Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Experience with SkiData equipment and Dynacount Systems
* Good mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills
* Valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
* Self-motivation and strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Physical Demands:**

As a remote work opportunity, this role requires:

* Sitting for extended periods of time
* Standing for extended periods of time
* Using hands to write reports and perform needed maintenance
* Hearing and speaking with customers in a remote environment
* Climbing stairs or running short distances (if necessary)
* Lifting or moving up to 25 pounds
* Bending, twisting, and walking (if necessary)

**Reporting and Documentation:**

As a key member of our customer care center, you will be responsible for:

* Reporting any life-threatening emergencies to 911 and contacting our security control center immediately
* Reporting any equipment failures or issues that you have addressed or that have been reported and addressed by vendors
* Reporting any observed or suspected violations of company policy
* Reporting any un-safe work practices or un-safe situations that you observe
* Reporting any crimes, vandalism, or damage that you observe
* Relaying in writing any observed operational difficulties or situations and providing suggestions for solutions
* Maintaining accurate performance of all assigned duties and responding appropriately to changing situations
