**Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
* Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
* Utilizing strong computer skills and ability to learn new software to navigate our systems and tools
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
* Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience
* Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
* High school diploma or equivalent

* Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
