About the Role We're hiring for a PPC Contractor to assist with the management and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta. This role will work closely with our internal team to deliver strong ROI for small to mid-sized business clients., with an emphasis on building a longer-term contractor partnership where possible. Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms. • Structure campaigns effectively for SMB budgets and optimize for conversions. • Monitor KPIs including CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS. • Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and ad testing. • Use data insights to improve campaign performance. • Prepare reports highlighting results and key recommendations. • Apply data insights and AI-driven tools to enhance performance. Qualifications • Demonstrated experience managing paid media for multiple clients • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and basic analytics tools. • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and budget management. • Knowledge of small-business PPC strategy and scaling. • Ability to interpret data and communicate recommendations clearly. • Familiarity with AI tools for campaign optimization a plus. Work Details This is a remote, 1099 contractor position. Engagement is project-based, with hours varying based on client needs and agency workloads. While ongoing work is not guaranteed, this role has the potential to extend into a 6+ month engagement for the right fit.
