About the Opportunity Hirecrafto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Support Associate to join our team. As a critical member of our Care Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. This is a 100% remote position, requiring candidates to be based in the United States and work PST hours. Key Responsibilities As an Operations Support Associate at Tasknexa, your key responsibilities will include: Owning key Ops Support initiatives : You will be responsible for driving process efficiency and improvement, ensuring that our Care Operations team is set up for success. Proactively monitoring and reporting on key operational support processes and metrics : You will troubleshoot and monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions. Supporting a team of documentation analysts : You will provide backend support, troubleshooting, and monitoring project progress as needed. Completing and monitoring ECM and CHW program authorizations and annual reauthorizations : You will ensure enrollment and continuation of care, working with partnered health plans to understand program denials and flag enrollment issues. Providing backend support for transitions of care and referrals : You will ensure closed-loop follow-up from the care team, providing clear and timely communication to our care team regarding enrollment changes or status updates. Supporting Care Operations leaders in owning and optimizing key standard processes : You will become efficient in your role and propose ways to improve, driving consistent improvement and challenging the status quo. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 1+ years of backend operations experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment : You will have provided administrative and operational support, with a proven track record of exceeding performance indicators. Confidence to own your role and propose solutions : You will be reliable and comfortable in an ever-changing environment, with a results-driven attitude and a passion for improving the wellbeing of underserved communities. Strong technical skills and comfort with utilizing multiple technology platforms simultaneously : You will be proficient in GoogleSuite applications, Slack, and Looker (or other comparable data tools), with the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues as they arise. A quiet, HIPAA compliant, and internet-connected space : You will be dedicated to supporting and improving the care for many underserved populations, with a strong commitment to our mission and values. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote environment : You will be self-motivated and disciplined, with excellent time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of healthcare operations and medical data entry : You will have a strong understanding of healthcare systems and processes, with experience in medical data entry and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes.
