Position Overview

As an Operations Support Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our Ground Operations and Sales Operations teams. This position offers a unique blend of analytical work, project collaboration, and cross-functional engagement. You will be responsible for helping to maintain, support, and advance our operations to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Ground Operations Support


Conduct thorough analysis of external solutions to support informed decision-making regarding operational response strategies and service improvements
Deliver comprehensive analysis and recommendations that demonstrate a clear understanding of core business challenges and their broader impact across functional teams and the organization
Identify requirements for initial or supplemental project resources and work with stakeholders to secure necessary support
Recognize areas for improving operational performance and business processes through a deep understanding of customer and process insights, verification data, strategic requirements, and risk management
Lead periodic internal reviews and audits to ensure compliance procedures are followed consistently across all operations
Collect, organize, visualize, and synthesize data, including transforming raw data into meaningful insights using data-oriented software languages and visualization tools
Lead and facilitate project meetings and presentations for leadership teams
Improve internal performance metrics and assist with analysis of station performance related to complaint resolution
Perform other duties as directed by supervisory personnel


Sales Operations Support


Support the sales team with comprehensive analysis, sales tools, CRM platforms, and dashboard reporting using Salesforce and other analytics tools
Create and distribute communications and ensure timely responses to internal business groups and external clients
Provide customer service support to internal business groups and clients by responding to and managing customer and sales inquiries using CRM tools
Assist in creating and delivering onboarding and training materials for team members and new hires
Participate in impromptu sales activities, promotions, and planning sessions as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales enablement initiatives and improve overall sales processes


Essential Qualifications


Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field from an accredited institution
Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Location: Must be based in Texas or willing to relocate to the designated work location


Preferred Qualifications


Previous internship or entry-level experience in operations, analytics, or customer service roles
Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Understanding of the transportation, aviation, or logistics industry
