Our mission is to provide actual user feedback in real-time to companies and market research firms, ensuring proper product certification and greater market access. As an Online Product Tester, you'll be responsible for testing products, documenting your experiences, and providing insightful feedback to help shape the future of consumer products. Key Responsibilities Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the daily schedule, using various methods such as screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and product journal entries. Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, following the provided instructions. Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project, completing tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, and writing reviews. Participate in projects that may require using cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights. Engage in private chat rooms with market research firms to discuss the product being tested. Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: The ability to follow specific instructions and complete tasks as assigned. Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit. A commitment to working 15-25 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed. Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection. A digital camera or cell phone that takes high-quality pictures. Honesty, reliability, and good communication skills. Being at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following skills and experience can be beneficial: Previous experience in product testing or a related field. Familiarity with market research and consumer panels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
