Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Online Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional support and service to our customers via online channels such as email, chat, and social media. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles and a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints, providing product information and assistance with online purchases, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online channels such as email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer issues and complaints in a fair and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience Provide accurate and detailed product information and assistance with online purchases, ensuring that customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer satisfaction and to identify opportunities for improvement Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using online tools and platforms to track and analyze customer data Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members, ensuring that all customers receive prompt and effective support Stay up-to-date on blithequark products, services, and policies, participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to be a resourceful and reliable individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to think innovatively and solve problems. You will need to have experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment, and be proficient in using online communication tools and platforms. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
