Job Overview and Responsibilities In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced Private Banking team, providing support and assistance to help drive business growth and client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: Offering support for more experienced Private Banking teams, planning reports, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Focusing on basic client demands, related to choices, products, and processes, and providing timely and accurate information to facilitate informed decision-making. Collaborating and communicating with managers, internal and external partners, and more experienced financiers to achieve business objectives. Receiving guidance from senior team members and exercising independent judgment while making decisions related to assignments, security, and risk. Utilizing your exceptional verbal, written, and social skills to interact with all levels of the organization and provide outstanding client service. Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: 6+ years of significant experience in client relationships, management, underwriting, or a related field, or equivalent experience gained through education, training, military service, or a combination of these. Surprising verbal, written, and social skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Knowledge and understanding of private or commercial lending processes, with solid analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a high level of responsiveness and adaptability. Familiarity with Wells Fargo Impact (Business Lending and Solutions Global operating system) and Wells Fargo AFS (Automated Financial Systems) is an asset. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable: Business land credit guarantees experience, with a strong understanding of credit analysis and risk assessment. Client care center experience, with the ability to focus on client needs and propose solutions. Knowledge of advance activities, advance handling, credit report preparation, or loan account post-closing review. Specifying experience, with the ability to analyze, research, and simplify complex annals/reports.
