As an Online Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff via live chat. Your primary role is to provide quick, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries regarding school programs, admissions, policies, and general support needs. You will be an integral part of our customer support team, working remotely to provide exceptional service and support to our community.
**Responsibilities:**
* Respond to incoming chat messages in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
* Assist with inquiries about enrollment, tuition, schedules, school policies, and more.
* Provide basic technical support for student portals and online systems.
* Document chat interactions accurately for future reference.
* Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.
