Meet and exceed performance metrics, including conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and response times

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
Reside within the state listed on the position posting
Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
Ensure your computer meets the minimum technical specifications, including 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)
Have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position
Be available to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
Gaming experience is preferred, as it can be an asset in this role
