Key Responsibilities

Prepare and distribute reports or other communications on a regular schedule
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports within Microsoft SharePoint
Schedule and coordinate meetings, which may include travel arrangements
Attend meetings to take minutes and ensure accurate documentation
Provide clerical support to other departments and teams as needed
Monitor and document tasks assigned to the management team and communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure clarity and alignment
Gather and organize data and reports related to task progress and maintain accurate project documentation and records
Assist with and complete tasks assigned by the management and executive team in a timely and efficient manner


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

An associate's degree in a related field (a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory)
Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and experience with administrative and office procedures, including word processing and file and record management
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative assistance within the medical field (or a related industry)
Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong interpersonal abilities
Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at the same time, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

Experience with cloud-based data access and sharing software, electronic mail software, office suite software, operating system software, presentation software, spreadsheet software, and video conferencing software
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Google Meet and Zoom video conferencing software
Knowledge of administrative and office procedures, including filing systems and record management
