Position: Forklift Operator, working on the night shift, Monday to Friday, with a finish time of 5:00 PM. Job Summary As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for moving products or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered tools and vehicles. Duties and Responsibilities Operate industrial vehicles and equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products and materials around the warehouse. Transport raw materials, full goods, and/or finished goods to designated areas, ensuring that they are properly stored and secured. Load and unload designated trailers and/or route trucks, ensuring that all products are handled with care and attention to detail. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control measures. Move product and/or materials manually as required, using proper lifting techniques to avoid injury. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications: High School or GED preferred, although equivalent experience may be considered. 0-3 years of general work experience required, with a focus on warehouse, stocking, or forklift operations. 1+ years of prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred, although training may be provided for the right candidate. Previous experience within a high-speed industrial environment is a plus, although not essential. Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Demonstrated attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Forklift certification is required, although training may be provided for the right candidate.
