As a Remote Night Shift Customer Service Agent – Trip Assignment Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, inclusivity, and work-life balance. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Night Shift Customer Service Agent – Trip Assignment Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * **Trip Assignment**: Assign trips to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system, ensuring that approximately 700-900 trips are assigned nightly. This requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. * **Dispatcher Scheduling**: Build daily schedules for dispatchers, taking into account breaks and lunches. This involves coordinating with dispatchers to ensure that they have the necessary information to complete their tasks effectively. * **Language-Based Trips**: Determine which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member. This requires a strong understanding of language proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively with dispatchers. * **Care Partner Coordination**: Stack trips to contracted Care Partners, ensuring that they have the necessary information to complete their tasks efficiently. * **Customer Service**: Answer inbound calls from members during evening hours, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise. * **Trip Coordination**: Coordinate evening trips as they come in, ensuring that dispatchers and Care Partners have the necessary information to complete their tasks effectively. * **Administrative Tasks**: Assist with Care Partner-related administrative tasks, such as payment processing, and Level 1 administrative tickets in Zendesk. **Requirements** To succeed as a Remote Night Shift Customer Service Agent – Trip Assignment Specialist, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * **Previous Experience**: Previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation is essential for this role. Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required. * **Reliability**: Consistently reliable and able to work evening shifts, Monday through Friday (11:30pm to 8am PT). * **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively communicate with dispatchers, Care Partners, and members. * **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential for this role. * **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using Health-E Rides and Zendesk is required.
