We're now seeking multiple technical customer service advisors to join our existing team, and this could be your perfect opportunity if you enjoy supporting people over the phone and working night shifts. Key Responsibilities Take inbound customer calls related to EV car chargers, providing customer support, answering general queries, offering advice, and delivering technical support as needed. Complete admin tasks between calls to ensure seamless operations. Work 37.5 hours per week, including some rota'd weekends on varied shifts between 8 pm - 8 am, adhering to service opening times. Follow one of three shift patterns: 8 pm-4 am / 10 pm - 6am / 12 midnight - 8am, rotating every 3 weeks. Receive full training and ongoing remote support from our existing team to ensure your success in the role. Utilise the IT equipment provided to work efficiently from home. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you'll need: Proven experience in customer service, problem-solving, and supporting the public. A background in a customer solutions-based role. The ability to work to targets and deadlines. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using IT and customer databases. A strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration. Reliability, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, having experience in a technical customer service role or knowledge of EV car chargers will be considered advantageous.
