**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Network Engineer in our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for:
* Designing, configuring, and deploying network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) for our Call Centers and Data Centers
* Performing hardware refreshes, primarily on Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
* Implementing remote access VPN solutions, site-to-site VPNs, GRE tunnels, and DMVPN
* Configuring firewall access requests and completing routing changes
* Racking, cabling, and labeling in the Data Center as needed
* Creating and maintaining diagrams and documentation
* Working on ticket requests and providing on-shift outage escalation support from our NOC
* Participating in on-call support coverage
**Essential Qualifications:**
* CCNP and above, or equivalent experience
* Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
* Thorough understanding of LAN and WAN technologies
* Advanced troubleshooting and configuration experience with routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), switching (vPC, Etherchannel, Stackwise, VSS), and firewalls
* Experience with Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switches
* Familiarity with VRF configurations
* SD-WAN and ACI experience would be a plus
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with route redistribution
* Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices
* Knowledge of network management tools and software
* Experience with network automation and scripting
* Familiarity with cloud-based network services and platforms
