Key Responsibilities:
Direct and mentor a team to ensure timely and efficient product delivery
Develop and implement strategies to stay ahead of changing demands and ensure product availability
Utilize strong organizational skills to assess and prioritize tasks, ensuring the store's inventory is accurate and up-to-date
Collaborate with management and leadership teams to share knowledge and insights on product and parts availability
Ensure the warehouse is organized, and new products are properly introduced to the store team
Requirements:
Ability to think critically and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in guiding teams
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
Ability to manage and meet multiple inventory deadlines per week
