About the Role We're looking for a full-time, remote Music School Director who can provide visionary leadership, ensure seamless operations, and foster a collaborative culture across our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll oversee area managers, administrators, and other staff, aligning them with our mission and driving our growth strategies forward. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Oversight: Provide mentorship and leadership to area managers, administrators, and other staff, ensuring they're equipped to achieve their goals and motivated to excel. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across all service locations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with our standards and values. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement growth strategies, improve operational processes, and enhance the overall student and parent experience. Team Coordination: Facilitate communication between area managers, administrators, and other team members to ensure cohesion and alignment across all locations. Performance Monitoring: Evaluate key performance metrics for each department, providing feedback and actionable plans for improvement. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve escalated issues from parents, students, or staff with professionalism and empathy. Project Management: Lead special projects, such as launching new programs, improving systems, or expanding services. Meetings & Training: Organize and lead regular team meetings, professional development sessions, and quarterly performance reviews. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Proven experience in a leadership or director role, preferably within music organizations or education. A strong understanding of business operations, including staff management, customer service, and strategic planning. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Proficiency in using CRM systems, project management tools, and virtual meeting platforms. A passion for music education and our mission to cultivate confidence and joy through the arts. Experience working from home and maintaining a regular routine independently.
