You will build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will also involve: * Providing cutting-edge technical support and solutions to customers * Working with customers' sensitive information securely and confidentially * Applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices to ensure customer satisfaction * Maintaining working knowledge of our client's products and services * Communicating with developers and other departments of various IT companies * Collaborating with the team to resolve complex customer issues and improve processes **What You Need to Succeed in This Role** To excel in this role, you will need: * **Fluent Swedish, Danish B2, and English B2 level** (written and spoken) * Basic technical understanding of software and hardware solutions * Analytical and research skills to troubleshoot complex issues * Self-management skills to work independently and manage your time effectively * Positive and responsible attitude to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty * Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) **A Great Plus** While not essential, experience in customer service and CRM systems will be a great asset in this role.
