Key Responsibilities Review test request forms and additional documentation to ensure accurate and timely testing Work with healthcare providers to complete required documentation and sample submission Collaborate with insurance companies to secure the highest possible coverage for patients Communicate with patients to explain insurance coverage benefits, test information, and process and turnaround time Manage assigned work independently, meeting production and quality metrics Identify issues and trends, developing best practices to ensure exceptional customer service and experience Participate in projects that extend beyond day-to-day responsibilities, exploring new aspects of blithequark and our customers' experience Participate in the Quality Assurance plan and comply with applicable CLIA and HIPAA regulations Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with fluency in Spanish being preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as accurate typing skills of at least 35 words per minute. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrating excellent organizational and task management skills.
