Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to prospective members, addressing their questions and concerns about Medicare plans and benefits. Guide prospects through our website, ensuring they have a seamless and informative experience. Assist with self-enrollment and complete enrollments via phone for those who need additional support. Stay up-to-date on Medicare plans, benefits, and eligibility requirements to provide accurate and helpful information to prospects. Adhere to all CMS compliance regulations and maintain the highest level of integrity in your interactions with prospective members. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong and diverse skillset, including: Essential Qualifications: A high level of comfort with online navigation and website use. A valid license to sell healthcare plans. A minimum of 2 years of experience selling Medicare plans in a telesales environment. The ability to pass the AHIP exam on an annual basis, as well as required carrier certifications. Adherence to all CMS compliance regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, as they will enable you to communicate effectively with a broader range of prospective members. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, although higher education or relevant certifications may be advantageous.
