About the Role: Medicare Telesales Representative We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medicare Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative, you will have the freedom and flexibility of working from home, enjoying a remote role that offers a unique blend of autonomy and collaboration. Your primary responsibility will be to assist prospective members via phone, chat, and/or email, guiding them through our website and answering questions about Medicare eligibility and benefits. You will also help prospects navigate the self-enrollment process and complete enrollments over the phone for those who require assistance. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to prospective members, addressing their questions and concerns about Medicare plans and benefits. Guide prospects through our website, ensuring they have a seamless and informative experience. Assist with self-enrollment and complete enrollments via phone for those who need additional support. Stay up-to-date on Medicare plans, benefits, and eligibility requirements to provide accurate and helpful information to prospects. Adhere to all CMS compliance regulations and maintain the highest level of integrity in your interactions with prospective members. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong and diverse skillset, including: Essential Qualifications: A high level of comfort with online navigation and website use. A valid license to sell healthcare plans. A minimum of 2 years of experience selling Medicare plans in a telesales environment. The ability to pass the AHIP exam on an annual basis, as well as required carrier certifications. Adherence to all CMS compliance regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, as they will enable you to communicate effectively with a broader range of prospective members. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, although higher education or relevant certifications may be advantageous. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build rapport with prospective members and provide clear, concise information about Medicare plans and benefits. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills , with the ability to navigate complex situations and provide effective solutions. Proficiency in online navigation and website use , with the ability to guide prospects through our website and answer questions about Medicare eligibility and benefits. A strong work ethic and ability to work independently , with minimal supervision, in a remote environment.
