**Job Summary:**

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Update and maintain healthcare databases, including entering new and updated customer and account information
* Reconcile incoming census and request new lead information to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Enter new admissions into the CRM system and set them up as an account
* Send and receive mail and packages, update returned mail, and ensure timely delivery of important documents
* Update parent/home accounts with death and discharges, and notify relevant parties as needed
* Send and receive faxes and emails, and respond promptly to customer inquiries
* Perform other duties as assigned by management, including data entry, data analysis, and reporting
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com
* 1-3 years of customer service experience with a service company preferred; experience in healthcare or a related field a plus
* Strong organizational and reconciliation skills, with the ability to prioritize and plan work activities effectively
