Line and Copy Editing

I am first time un-published author that has a 128,000-word manuscript speaking about the purpose of life. The book is composed of 3 volumes: Mirage of Happiness, Human Ecosystem, Crucible of Religion.
I don't feel that I need content editing, in terms of adding or elaborating further on the subjects I speak on. Rather I feel I need assistance in mainly two areas. Naming the chapters aside from a utility description I currently have or adding a tag line to them, like how I was able to do on some but lost creativity on the rest. Secondly to review the grammar and sentence composition for errors/repetitiveness/brevity (copy and line edit).
I would like to know if this is something you are able to assist with, how much would you charge, what are the payment terms, when could you take on a project like this, how long would it take you to complete, and would you be able to edit 1 paragraph of the book to get a feel of our editing style? I don't mind paying for your time to do this sample.
