About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Media Manager, Strategy and Planning to join our Consumer Wireless & Brand paid media team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing best-in-class media strategies and ad experiences across all facets of our program, including Mass Media, Performance Media, and Sports Marketing. Key Responsibilities
Integrated media strategy, planning, execution, and measurement across all paid media channels for the AT&T Postpaid Wireless and AT&T Brand media plans
Work in close partnership with AT&T's media agency of record (Hearts & Science) on all components of the media plan and investment process from briefing to reconciliation
Consistent and actionable performance analysis, optimizations, improvisation, and reporting to maximize the media plan performance and investments
Media landscape intelligence and thought leadership
Expertise in integrated Media planning with an emphasis in Digital Media / Sports Marketing
Management of large-scale Media Investments and Agency resources
Marketing Science / Analytics background with ability to review, understand, and present plan performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions quickly and with confidence
Strong relationship builder with a collaborative, inclusive working style
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 5-8 years of experience in a related field
No supervisory experience required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in integrated Media planning with an emphasis in Digital Media / Sports Marketing
Marketing Science / Analytics background with ability to review, understand, and present plan performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to make informed, data-driven decisions quickly and with confidence
Strong relationship builder with a collaborative, inclusive working style
