**Job Responsibilities**
As a Math Tutor, you'll be responsible for:
* Teaching and tutoring students in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
* Working collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
* Assessing students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
* Becoming proficient with digital educational materials and processes
* Supporting the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
**Hours and Compensation**
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with a minimum of 3+ shifts of 3+ hours per week. Our competitive compensation package includes:
* Starting compensation: $13.00 per hour for current high school students, $15.00 per hour for current college students, and $15.00+ per hour for current graduates

**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Math Tutor at Mathnasium of Murfreesboro, you'll need:
