Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality instruction using the Mathnasium Method , terminology, and teaching practices in-center, online, or through hybrid delivery models. Collaborate with team members to provide individualized instruction in a group setting, ensuring each student receives the attention they need. Continuously assess student progress and engagement, adapting your teaching strategies as necessary to maximize learning outcomes. Become proficient in our digital educational materials and processes, leveraging technology to enhance the learning experience. Maintain a safe, professional, and supportive learning environment that encourages students to explore and learn math. Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications: A strong passion for math and a desire to share this passion with students. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and team members. An eagerness to learn and be trained in our methodologies and curriculum. Exceptional math competency, with a minimum proficiency through Algebra I. The ability to manage multiple grade levels and tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or coaching math. Familiarity with our Mathnasium Method or similar math education programs.
