Key Responsibilities Teach and tutor students in-center, online, or via a hybrid delivery model using the Mathnasium Methodā¢, terminology, and teaching practices. Collaborate with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting, ensuring each student receives the attention they need. Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions, adapting your teaching strategies as necessary. Become proficient in using digital educational materials and processes to enhance the learning experience. Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming learning environment that encourages students to explore and understand math concepts. Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications A passion for math and a desire to share this passion with students. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and team members. Eagerness to learn and be trained in the Mathnasium Methodā¢. Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I, demonstrated through a math literacy test. Ability to multitask and manage various ongoing tasks efficiently.
