Job Summary: Math Instructor and Tutor We're seeking an exceptional Math Instructor and Tutor to join our team in Norcross, GA. As a key member of our collaborative team, you'll play a vital role in creating an engaging and productive learning experience for students. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students using the Mathnasium Method ® , terminology, and teaching practices. Participate in positive interactions with parents, establishing a high level of confidence and program value. Become proficient in digital educational materials and processes, leveraging technology to enhance student learning. Teach in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery, adapting to the needs of students and the evolving educational landscape. Assess student progress throughout instructional sessions, working collaboratively with team members to deliver the best possible experience. Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework, providing constructive feedback that fosters growth and understanding. Support the maintenance of a clean and professional learning environment, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive space for students. Assist with non-teaching/instructional tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to team success. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: A passion for math and working with students, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on young lives. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I, with a solid understanding of mathematical concepts and principles.
