About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Manager Account Management, Target Product Ads to join our Roundel team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing multi-channel, integrated marketing strategies across digital channels and platforms for our clients. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel, integrated marketing strategies across digital channels and platforms for Roundel clients
Consult with internal partners to understand category trends and marketing needs
Attend client meetings and present strategic recommendations based on client objectives, including compelling and effective guidance on specific media tactics
Stay up-to-date on industry trends in the retail and digital advertising landscape, looking for opportunities and tests to bring to clients to further elevate the level of service
Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Reporting & Insights, Analytics, Product, and Go-to-Market, to deliver and execute effective results


About You
We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in digital media planning, marketing, or equivalent experience. If you have the following qualifications and skills, we encourage you to apply:


Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3+ years of proven digital media planning, marketing, or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with auction-based search and retail media network platform tools (e.g., Google, Pacvue, Skai, etc.)
Outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail, and organization
Ability to multi-task and drive results within a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment
Superior time management and multitasking to handle multiple concurrent projects and campaigns
Ability to articulate and defend media opportunities to internal and external stakeholders
Passion for uncovering new media opportunities to drive incremental business
Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and maximize relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Remote or Hybrid Work Arrangement
This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location, and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remotely or onsite at a Target location depending on what their role, team, and tasks require for that day.
