* Guiding families through the Au Pair matching process and ensuring they understand program policies and expectations
* Conducting in-home interviews to prepare families for welcoming an Au Pair
* Facilitating in-home orientations for newly arrived Au Pairs, ensuring a smooth transition
* Maintaining ongoing communication with both families and Au Pairs through phone calls and in-person meetings
* Organizing local cultural events that promote engagement and connection among Au Pairs
* Collaborating effectively with headquarters staff to deliver exceptional support to families and Au Pairs
* Addressing conflicts and concerns professionally, providing conflict resolution
* Implementing marketing strategies to encourage program growth within your community
