Role Responsibilities
Ā Guide clients through the mortgage application and approval process.
Ā Maintain clear communication with processors and clients' real estate agents throughout the closing process.
Ā Self-generate loan opportunities through local marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Ā Active NMLS Origination License for U.S. states.
Ā Excellent customer service skills and the ability to network and self-promote.
Ā Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work remotely.
Ā Experience with loan origination software is a plus.
Ā Relevant certifications and state-specific licenses.
Additional Information
