**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with real-time assistance, answering their queries, and offering solutions to their waterproofing needs through our online chat platform. As a Live Chat Support representative, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, working closely with our customers to resolve their issues and provide them with a positive experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner via live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, if necessary.
