Job Title: Fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO) — Remote Job Type: Part-time (10–15 hours/week) Salary: $2,000–3,000/month Location: Remote (Detroit-based preferred) Company Overview Good Time Company operates a portfolio of experiential tourism and event businesses in Detroit — from pedal-powered pub tours to VIP experiences, business clubs, and media brands. Featured on The Tonight Show, our ecosystem reaches over 200,000 subscribers. We’re scaling fast and preparing for a $12M capital raise. Position Summary We’re seeking a Fractional COO to create structure, systems, and financial clarity across multiple brands. Ideal for an experienced operations leader who enjoys building order and driving results in fast-moving environments. Key Responsibilities • Create accountability charts and clear reporting lines • Build KPI dashboards and financial visibility • Document 5 SOPs (sales, ops, service, marketing, finance) • Run Level 10 meetings weekly • Coach team on accountability • Prep company for investor readiness Qualifications Required • 5+ years in operational leadership (COO, VP Ops, Director) • Multi-unit or multi-brand experience • EOS/Traction or Six Sigma background • Strong P&L and KPI skills Preferred • Experience in hospitality, events, or experiential companies • High-growth startup background • Investor relations or fundraising experience Compensation & Benefits • $2,000–3,000/month • Remote, flexible hours • 10–15 hours/week • Equity potential as company scales Apply Now Send your resume and short responses (3–5 sentences each): 1️ Describe a complex operational challenge you solved 2️ Why are you excited about this opportunity?
