**Your Role:**

As a live chat assistant, you'll be the face of arenaflex's online customer support team, engaging with customers through live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Responding to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and providing product insights in a friendly and professional manner
* Assisting customers with issues, troubleshooting problems, and escalating complex cases to senior support agents when necessary
* Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively
* Collaborating with the support team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving the support experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and arenaflex's products and services

**Requirements:**

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player who collaborates with colleagues to achieve common goals
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
* Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in customer support, telemarketing, or a related field
* Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
